Flows

A Flow turns a node into an automation: it runs a prompt on a schedule — hourly, daily, weekly — and drops each result as a fresh branch of that node. A living node that keeps producing while you’re away.

Set one up from the Flows button in the chat header: the prompt, the model, and the interval. How often a Flow can run depends on your plan — daily on Free, hourly on Pro, every 15 minutes on Max — and how many you can keep at once scales the same way.

A Flow can escalate to a stronger model for follow-up work, so a cheap watcher can hand off to a capable one when something worth the cost turns up.
